3 Private Designer Villas on the Caldera Rim in Imerovigli

Private Villas

The Native Eco Villas property consists of three private designer villas-Eco Canava, Eco Residence, and Eco Xenia-situated on the rim of the Caldera in Imerovigli. Each villa uses ecologically friendly building techniques and materials reclaimed from the island. The three homes are within walking distance of each other, making them suited for large family gatherings or wedding parties.

Rooms & Interiors

Eco Canava includes a Jacuzzi with Ocean View, an outdoor dining and lounging area, and a master bedroom with a large rain shower. Eco Residence offers French doors opening onto a courtyard with a double daybed and Jacuzzi, plus a master bedroom en-suite with an oval-shaped shower overlooking the Aegean Sea. The guest bedroom in Eco Residence is dug out of the rock face with curved walls, while Eco Xenia offers a quiet location in the heart of Imerovigli.

Hospitality & Concierge

Owners Georgios and Sophie provide personalized hospitality, helping guests arrange island excursions including cycling, hiking, canoeing, horse riding, and private catamaran cruises. They also assist with reservations at local restaurants, from Mediterranean fusion cuisine to family-run tavernas. Sophie Mohr adds a distinctive touch with silk pillowcases available upon special request.

Location & Sights

All three villas are in Imerovigli, built high on the rocks overlooking the Caldera and within a short walk of Fira. Guests can explore the island's beaches like Vlyhada with its sculpted pumice boulders and visit wineries to sample the Assyrtiko wine. The villas offer front-row seats to the sea-filled volcanic crater from their private terraces.

Arrival & Travel

Santorini Airport receives direct charter flights from many European destinations from May to October, with regular 30-minute flights from Athens via Aegean Air, Olympic Air, or Sky Express. Ferries from Piraeus or Rafina arrive at Athniou port, 12 kilometers from Fira. The villas are within walking distance of Fira and the Fira to Oia walking path.
